Snapkit Support

Most questions are answered below. If yours isn't, email support@vibeland.app — we usually reply within 5 business days.

Getting started

What is Snapkit?

Snapkit is an iOS app that turns your camera into a kit of AI shortcuts. Point your phone at a plant, a meal, a math problem, a receipt, or a wine label and Snapkit returns a structured answer in a few seconds. Each Tile is a different shortcut.

How do I run a Tile?

Tap a Tile from the library, then tap the camera or photo button at the bottom of the runner screen. Choose to take a new photo or pick one from your library. Snapkit uploads it, sends it to Anthropic Claude AI, and shows the result card.

Which devices does Snapkit support?

iOS 26 and later, on iPhone (primary) and iPad. Snapkit relies on iOS 26 features such as zoom transitions and Live Activities, so it won't run on older versions.

Is there a web version?

Yes — vibeland.app/shortcuts. The web companion shares the same account, so Sparks purchased on either platform carry over.

Sparks & Snapkit Pro

What are Sparks?

Sparks are credits used to run Tiles. Each run costs a small number of Sparks (the exact cost depends on the Tile). New accounts ship with a starter balance so you can try Snapkit immediately.

How do I get more Sparks?

What does Snapkit Pro include?

How do I cancel Snapkit Pro?

Open iOS Settings → Apple ID (your name at the top) → Subscriptions, find Snapkit Pro, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the current billing period ends. Your Sparks balance is separate and never expires.

How do I get a refund?

All purchases are processed by Apple. Submit refund requests to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't refund directly, but if it'll help your case, we can email you a summary of your purchase and usage.

Privacy & account

Where do my photos go?

Photos are uploaded to Snapkit's servers (Vercel, US region) and forwarded to Anthropic Claude AI for analysis. The result is returned to your device, and the photo is stored in your run history so you can review it. Photos are not used to train AI models. Full details in the Privacy Policy.

How do I delete a run or photo?

In Snapkit, open Settings → History, swipe a run, and tap Delete. The photo and result card are removed from our servers within 24 hours.

How do I delete my account?

In Snapkit, open Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, library, runs, photos, and device tokens. This is irreversible. If you also use the web companion, deleting from the app removes both.

Notifications

Snapkit only sends notifications for run completions (when a long Tile finishes while you're out of the app). Turn them off in iOS Settings → Notifications → Snapkit.

Troubleshooting

My run is stuck on "processing"

Most runs complete in ~5 seconds. If a run is stuck for more than a minute:

  1. Pull down to refresh the runner screen.
  2. Force-quit Snapkit and reopen it.
  3. Check your internet connection.
  4. If it persists, email us with the Tile name and approximate timestamp.

The AI got it wrong

Tap the Report button on the result card. We use reports to tune Tile prompts and improve confidence scoring. Snapkit's outputs are probabilistic and may be wrong — please treat them as starting points, not professional advice. See the Terms for category-specific caveats (medical, dietary, fitness, learning).

Photo upload fails or "image too large"

Snapkit downsizes photos to ≤1280px before upload. If you're getting a size error, it usually means your network dropped mid-upload. Try again on Wi-Fi, or with a smaller crop.

Sparks didn't credit after purchase

Spark credits sync from Apple to our servers. In rare cases the sync is delayed by a few minutes. If it's been more than 15 minutes:

  1. Tap Settings → Restore Purchases.
  2. If that doesn't recover the balance, email us with your Apple receipt (you can forward it from reportaproblem.apple.com).

Contact

Anything else, write to support@vibeland.app. Include the Tile name and a screenshot of the result card if it's about a specific run — it makes the conversation much faster.
