Terms of Use
Last updated: May 14, 2026 · Effective: May 14, 2026
The short version. Snapkit lets you build your own AI identification cameras (Snaps) and run Snaps that others have published, with Anthropic Claude doing the analysis. Treat AI results as a helpful starting point, not professional advice. Published Snaps pass a Claude safety review and can be reported, edited, or deleted at any time. Subscriptions auto-renew through Apple and can be canceled in iOS Settings. Korean law governs. Don't break the rules in section 5.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Codeful, an independent developer based in Seoul, Republic of Korea ("Snapkit", "we", "us", or "our"), and govern your use of the Snapkit iOS app, the snapkit.vibeland.app website, and the related web companion at vibeland.app/shortcuts (collectively, the "Service"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What Snapkit does
Snapkit lets you build your own AI identification camera (each, a "Snap") and run Snaps that others have published. When you run a Snap, you provide an input — typically a photo — that we upload to our servers, forward to Anthropic Claude for analysis, and return as a structured result card. Snapkit ships with 14 starter Snaps; the Discover marketplace adds community-published Snaps over time. Snaps you create remain yours; published Snaps are public and subject to the moderation rules below.
3. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Snapkit. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you sign in with Apple, you remain bound by Apple's terms in addition to ours. Provide accurate information; do not impersonate others.
4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Snapkit Pro (auto-renewable subscription)
Snapkit Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered in two terms:
- Monthly — $9.99 USD per month (or local equivalent set by Apple).
- Yearly — $79.99 USD per year (or local equivalent), with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
Subscribers get unlimited Snap runs for the duration of the subscription, plus a daily Sparks allowance, discounted Sparks-pack pricing, and Family Sharing.
Apple's required disclosures:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription to the publication.
Spark packs (consumable in-app purchases)
Sparks are credits used to run Snaps. They can be earned (starter balance, daily allowance for Pro subscribers, occasional grants) or purchased as one-time Spark packs through the App Store:
- Starter Pack — $1.99 USD
- Creator Pack — $7.99 USD (with bonus)
- Power Pack — $19.99 USD (with bonus)
Spark packs are consumable IAPs. They are non-refundable except where required by law and do not expire. Sparks have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged for money, or redeemed outside the Service.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no ability to refund directly. Where consumer-protection law (e.g., EU/UK statutory rights) requires a different outcome, those rights apply.
Price changes
We may change subscription prices for future periods. If we do, you will be notified in advance through Apple's standard channels and given an opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Snapkit to upload content that infringes others' intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, or that depicts illegal activity, CSAM, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or rate-limit-bust the Service.
- Use Snapkit to build a competing dataset, evaluate the model in bulk, or extract the underlying prompts.
- Resell or redistribute Snapkit's outputs as your own paid product without our written consent.
- Use Snapkit for activity that violates Anthropic's Usage Policy or Apple's App Store Review Guidelines.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
6. AI output disclaimer
Snapkit's outputs are generated by a probabilistic AI model and may be incorrect, incomplete, or out of date. Use Snapkit as a starting point — not as a substitute for professional advice.
- Mushroom ID and Plant Doctor are educational; do not eat any mushroom or plant identified by Snapkit without independent expert verification.
- Snap & Nutrition is an estimate, not medical or dietary advice.
- Form Check is fitness feedback, not a substitute for a coach or physician; consult a professional before starting or changing exercise routines.
- Math Solve, Hanja Helper, and other learning Snaps are study aids; verify before submitting any answer.
- For medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions, consult a qualified professional.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the photos and inputs you provide. By using Snapkit, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process your inputs solely to operate and improve the Service (including transmitting them to Anthropic for analysis and storing the result in your run history). We do not use your photos to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy for details.
8. Snapkit's content and IP
The Snapkit app, brand, design, Snap system, prompts, and all other elements of the Service are owned by Codeful and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service per these Terms — nothing more.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF AI OUTPUT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SNAPKIT, ITS PUBLISHER, OR ITS SUB-PROCESSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (b) $50 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snapkit, Codeful, and our sub-processors from claims arising out of your inputs, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if we reasonably believe you pose a risk to other users or to the Service, or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) will continue to apply.
13. Apple-specific terms
Snapkit is licensed, not sold, to you. The license is a non-transferable license to use Snapkit on any Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Snapkit or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance and support. In case of a third-party intellectual-property claim relating to Snapkit, we (not Apple) are responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be brought exclusively in the Seoul Central District Court, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants you a different forum.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give you reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms. If you don't agree, stop using the Service and, if applicable, cancel your subscription.
